Welcome to Jungle Tubing! By booking and participating in Jungle Tubing, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
- Jungle Tubing is operated by Back Trax Tours and promoted by Revolution Hostels.
- Participation in Jungle Tubing is strictly for individuals 18 years and older.
- Jungle Tubing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or deemed unfit to participate for safety reasons.
- All bookings are final. Refunds are only available in case of event cancellation by Jungle Tubing.
- Participants must check in at Revolution Hostel Pai no later than 11:30 AM on the day of their event.
2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By participating in Jungle Tubing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with tubing, including but not limited to:
- Risk of drowning
- Risk of injury from submerged, floating, or fixed objects
- Sunburn, dehydration, or other heat-related conditions
- Risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage
Waiver Agreement:
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with this activity.
- You release, waive, and discharge Back Trax Tours, their shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation.
- You acknowledge this waiver extends to all acts and is legally binding under Thai law.
3. Participant Responsibilities
- Alcohol & Glass Prohibition: No outside alcohol or glass containers are permitted on the river. Participants found in violation may be removed from the event without refund.
- Respect the Environment: Littering is strictly prohibited. Dispose of waste in designated bins at bar stops.
- Dress Code: A cover-up or shirt must be worn for the return taxi ride.
- Personal Belongings: Jungle Tubing and Back Trax Tours are not responsible for lost or stolen items. It is recommended to bring a dry bag for valuables.
- Fitness & Medical Conditions: Participants should be in good health and able to swim. Those with medical conditions or injuries that may be aggravated by tubing should not participate.
4. Safety & Conduct
- Life jackets are available upon request but are not mandatory.
- Participants must follow staff instructions at all times.
- Jungle Tubing is a party event, but excessive intoxication or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Participants may be removed from the event without refund if their actions jeopardize their safety or the safety of others.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
- If the event is canceled due to unsafe river conditions, an alternative event (e.g., foam party) may be offered, or a refund will be provided.
- If a participant is unable to attend due to medical reasons, a reschedule request may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Photography & Media Release
- By attending Jungle Tubing, you consent to being photographed and filmed for marketing and promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify staff before the event begins.
7. Legal & Jurisdiction
- This agreement is governed by Thai law.
- Any disputes arising from participation in Jungle Tubing will be resolved in the appropriate Thai courts.
8. Agreement to Terms
By booking and participating in Jungle Tubing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. All participants in in Jungle Tubing must fill out our check in form located HERE.
