What is Jungle Tubing?
Jungle Tubing is a chill and relaxing day of floating down the river… wait, no it’s not! Jungle Tubing is a legendary, all day party. You start at the Revolution Hostel Bar, where the drinks are poured strong and the free shots are free flowing. Then you board taxis to the tube launch point– picture yourself surrounded by lush green mountains, hoards of friendly fellow backpackers and the occasional cow.. only in Pai, baby!
You’ll enjoy your first float, taking in all the sun and scenery while bouncing around off strangers-turned-friends’ tubes. When you arrive to the first bar, you’ll be greeted with a huge foam party! Picture B2B DJ’s, a brand new massive pool and foam cannons galore, plus Pai’s tastiest drinks.
You’ll then get back into a tube and head to the next riverside bar, where the party only gets wilder! Dance your heart out on the dance floor, play tug of war with some locals or simply take in the views with a cheeky 5-shot drink bucket in hand.
Tube Camp is our final and wildest stop. We’re talking more DJs, more foam, more booze, more party! We’ve also got a boxing ring (sorry mum!) and fresh tacos catered from Centrico, Pai’s most authentic Mexican restaurant. Muy delicioso! We’ll go crazy till the DJ stops playing and the sun begins to set over the beautiful Pai valley when taxis will take us back to Revolution Hostel. The party doesn’t have to end there though! The Revs bar will be open till 12 and ready to fulfill all of your boozy hopes and dreams.
With 1.5 hours of river time and hundreds of backpackers every float, Jungle Tubing is by far Pai’s #longestlargestloudest tubing event.

Jungle Tubing is owned by Backtrax Tours, a tour company ran by Pai locals Suki and May. They’re known for the most authentic day trips around Pai!
Jungle Tubing firmly believes in #gettingwastedandgivingback. We host monthly river cleanups to ensure we leave the area nicer than we found it. Additionally, two times a month we donate 10% of our bar sales to local causes chosen by tubers like you on our Instagram story (@jungletubing). We’re so grateful to call this little slice of paradise our home and want to support the local communities and scenery as much as possible!
